OpGate tenders by category, scores every supplier and catches price, stock and delivery risk in the background, 24/7. Every output is a decision - never more data.
Mid-sized manufacturers run procurement on ERP, spreadsheets and email - it is a mess.
lost to manual quote comparison and re-typing supplier emails into spreadsheets
when a senior buyer leaves, supplier history, price memory and contacts leave with them
spent chasing suppliers instead of negotiating with them
One engine, two triggers: you start a tender, or a risk signal fires automatically. Either way, OpGate hands your team a ranked decision with the money attached - find alternatives, negotiate, postpone, or consciously ignore.
Tender by category - bundle materials into packages, set quantities and deadlines, and send to the suppliers you choose. Offers come back structured through the supplier portal, normalise to a common unit, and land ranked for award - alternative parts pass your technologists' confirm/deny first. The PO drafts straight into your ERP.
Watches price drift, stock buffers and delivery risk across every active item, 24/7. Alerts land ranked 1–5 with the EUR exposure attached - and four actions, not a report: find alternatives, negotiate, postpone, or consciously ignore with a logged reason.
Reads supplier emails and turns problems into risk signals. Validates offers before they corrupt your data. Acts as a strategy analyst inside every tender - and answers questions from your own numbers, in the app or straight from Microsoft Teams.
on tendered categories - price renegotiation, consolidation and alternative parts
maverick purchases surfaced and routed back through sourcing
every action - including “consciously ignored” - audit-ready and on the record
Companies of 50–500 people buying thousands of components - where one missed delivery stops a line.
EU cloud, one isolated tenant per customer, and nothing trains on your data. Access is role-shaped from day one.
Import your material master, invite your suppliers, and run the first category tender in weeks.
