Does OpGate replace our ERP?+
No. OpGate connects to your ERP (Dynamics NAV/365, SAP, Odoo - or plain Excel/CSV exports) and sits on top of it. Tenders, comparisons and risk live in OpGate; the PO lands back in your ERP.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?+
People keep the decision. The engine recommends - your team awards. Alternative parts must pass your technologists' confirm/deny check, offers below the materiality threshold can't stall a tender, and every decision is logged and reversible.
Are there any other functions?+
Yes. We are constantly improving and automating the most time-consuming processes, and can adjust according to your company's needs.
How is our data separated from other customers?+
Each customer is a fully isolated tenant - data, users, suppliers and imports never cross. Data residency is EU, processed under a GDPR-aligned DPA, and nothing trains on your data.
How long does onboarding take?+
Days, not months. The import wizard takes your Excel/CSV exports, you map columns once, and OpGate auto-detects the items you actively buy. A working pilot with your own data typically stands in one to two weeks.
Do our suppliers have to pay or install anything?+
No. Suppliers get a free portal account by invitation. They see only the tenders you send them, answer in structured form, and can propose alternative parts with datasheets.
Which languages does it support?+
The interface ships in English and Lithuanian, switchable per user. The supplier portal works for international suppliers in English.
