Where your data lives
Everything runs inside the EU, on AWS in Ireland. Each customer gets an isolated tenant, so your supplier records, prices and orders are separated from every other company on Opgate at the data layer, not just by a setting.
Who can see it
Access is role-based, protected by two-factor sign-in, and can be tied to your own company SSO through Microsoft Entra. People in your team see what their role allows. On our side, access is limited to support work you have asked for, and every such action is logged.
What the agents can and cannot do
Agents prepare work. They do not send a message to a supplier or write a change back to your ERP until a person approves it. Every draft, every approval and every write-back is recorded, so you can always see what happened and who signed off.
How we use your data
We use your data to run your account and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not use it to train models. If you leave, you take it with you and we delete our copy.
Compliance
We sign a data processing agreement with every customer and operate in line with the GDPR. If your procurement or security team has a questionnaire, send it over and we will complete it.
