Who we are
Opgate is built and operated from Vilnius, Lithuania. If you have any question about your data, write to info@opgate.ai.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a demo, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, work email and company. When you use Opgate, we process the purchasing data you connect, including suppliers, offers, orders and documents, so the product can do its job.
Cookies
This website uses essential cookies only, the ones needed to make the site work. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there is nothing here to opt out of. See our cookie policy for the detail.
How we use your data
We use your data to run your account, to reply to you, and to improve the product for you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your business data to train models.
Where it is stored
Your data is hosted inside the EU, on AWS in Ireland, in an isolated tenant for your company. See our security page for the detail.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to info@opgate.ai and we will handle it.
Keeping it safe
We protect access with role-based permissions, two-factor sign-in and optional company SSO, and we log actions on your account. We sign a data processing agreement with every customer.
