Data residency and hosting
Opgate is hosted on EU cloud infrastructure. Each customer is a fully isolated tenant — data, users, suppliers and imports never cross between customers.
What we process
We process the business data you import (such as suppliers, components and quotes) and the account data of your users, solely to provide the service. We do not sell personal data, and nothing you import is used to train models.
Your rights
Processing is carried out under a GDPR-aligned Data Processing Agreement. You retain control of your data and can request access, correction, export or deletion in line with the GDPR and your agreement.
Security
Opgate follows practices aligned with ISO 27001 and applicable EU obligations including the GDPR and NIS 2. See Security for more.
